REFUND POLICY

DAY TOUR / TRANSPORTATION / EXPERIENCE

Standard Cancellation Policy is follows:
– Cancellation 2 business days before the experience’s date: full refund
– Cancellation 1 business day or less before the experience’s date: non-refundable
– Any changes made 1 business day or less before the experience’s date will not be accepted.
– Kindly note that cancellations or changes are only possible during business hours. (MON~FRI 09:00am ~ 5:00pm)
– In the event that Special Cancellation Policy apply, they will be indicated on the tour page and will take precedence over the Standard Cancellation Policy.
– When the tour/experience is subject to weather conditions. In the event of unforeseen natural disaster circumstances, if the tour is canceled, we will offer rescheduling to another date or provide a full refund.
– When the tour/experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

On the date of tour, If you are a no-show, miss the bus or for some other reason fail to participate in the tour due to no fault of Visit Korea Tour Service, you get No refund, No credit & No tour.

If a part of the tour schedule is cancelled by unexpected condition of the tour place, No refund.

If you want to join the tour, please make a reservation at least 48 hours prior to the desired tour date.
